Robin’s Nest offers a seamless enrollment process for parents. Our program is designed for children aged 3-1/2 to 6 years, ensuring a nurturing environment. Key dates and requirements are outlined to assist you in planning your child’s educational journey. We do enroll children at any time of the year when there’s an opening, and we do maintain a waiting list. As openings become available, we’ll first contact families on our waiting list in sequential order.

The typical process that inquiring families should expect is as follows: 1) The parent(s) make an inquiry for care via this website, email or phone. 2) We respond by emailing  program information for parents to review. 3) Parent(s) and I arrange a “talk & tour” during non-program hours, accompanied by their child. 4) If our care program looks like a great fit (for the child, family and provider), we furnish our “Introducing Your Child, a parent questionnaire, for parents to complete and return as soon as possible. 5) If there’s no current available space the family may place their child on our waiting list. If there is an opening, and mutual verbal agreement that the child will enter care then;  6) A formal contract and all enrollment forms will be provided, accurately completed and returned, our Parent/Guardian Handbook will be provided and acknowledged, the child’s start date will be established, and payment will be made before or on the first day of care.
